CYFRA 21-1 EIA
The CYFRA 21-1 one-step EIA assay detects cytokeratin-19 fragments in serum using two monoclonal antibodies, BM 19.21 and KS 19.1. Calibrators, controls and unknown samples are incubated together with biotinylated Anti-CYFRA 21-1 MAb and horseradish peroxidase (HRP) labelled Anti-CYFRA 21-1 MAb in streptavidin coated micro strips.
